Justin Bieber has been formally accused of spitting in a DJ's face in a police report. Addison Ulhaq has obtained a lawyer to press forward with claims the 19-year-old assaulted him in the VIP area at The Social Room bar and lounge in Columbus, Ohio on July 13, according to TMZ.
Apparently Justin's security detail suspected the DJ of taking pictures of the teenager and an altercation ensued.
The DJ, who's studying neuroscience at Ohio State University, claims he did not take any photographs.
A police report obtained by the website claims Justin "left saliva and mucus" the Ulhaq's "eye, nose, and mouth". A Hepatitis examination was taken out on the victim soon after the incident, but the test came back negative.
Justin also reportedly spewed vitriol at Ulhaq.
"The victim stated that the suspect told him that 'His mother was a b***h, his father was a b***h and he is a b***h,'" the report states.
Ulhaq does not plan to press charges and none have been filed.
"The victim stated that he does not want anything done at this time and just wants to document the incident," it continues.
The Social Room's festivities on the night in question were for people aged 21 and over and it is suspected Justin became upset at the prospect of getting thrown out for being underage.
The DJ phoned the Dave and Jimmy show on local radio station WNCI to recount the alleged incident earlier this week.
He stated "two of Bieber's bouncers" approached him, grabbed his phone and started looking through the device for photographs.
Although they found nothing, they supposedly went back and told Justin the DJ was in fact guilty of the deed.
Immediately following this relay of information, the man claims Justin came up to him and the altercation erupted.
Justin has been accused of spitting in someone's face before.
In May he was investigated for reckless driving after neighbours complained he was driving at speeds of up to 100 mph throughout his Calabasas gated community. A resident who called the Sheriff's department claimed Justin spit in his face and yelled, "Get the f**k out of here. I'm gonna f**king kill you," before members of his security team escorted him off the singer's property.
A spokesperson from Justin's camp has not offered an official statement on the latest alleged incident.
