"Angry neighbors" have forced the diminutive monkey dumper's hand as he is reportedly selling his mega mansion.

Justin Bieber’s alleged crazy antics,  raucous parties and drag racing the not-so-mean streets of Calabasas have added up to a serious case of the haterade from the residents of the well-heeled town that sits nestled above Malibu, west of Los Angeles.

With Lil Weezy zipping around the city in Bieber's expensive cars and neighbors chasing him down to knock it off... Bieber reportedly has had it.

The community he lives in is all families and the entire community has had enough of his parties and speed racing,” said the Hollyscoop source.
