A Russian fisherman's life was saved from a vicious brown bear attack after his Justin Bieber 'Baby' ringtone went off - sending the bear into retreat.
While on a fishing trip in the northern area of Russia, Igor Vorozhbitsyn was victim of a bear attack that gave him cuts and bruises on his face, neck and chest. Things could have turned deadly if it wasn't for the Bieber ringtone scaring off the bear.
Vorozhbitsyn who was later saved by passers told Central European News: "I had parked my car and was walking towards the spot I'd marked out when there was a tremendous impact on my back and the bear was on top of me."
He added: "I couldn't believe my luck when the phone went off and he fled. I know that sort of ringtone isn't to everyone’s taste, but my granddaughter loaded it onto my phone for a joke."
Bieber recently started making deep house music that he's shared on his Instagram. Maybe he's just trying to tap into the brown bear market.
