The 17-year-old Baby singer was spotted wearing shades Wednesday morning as he appeared on the Mezamashi TV 7am morning show.
About a dozen fans waited him at the entrance.
Justin will perform a sold-out show at legendary Budokan hall on May 19th.
Following in the footsteps of Maroon 5 singer Adam Levin, who stated they would donate money from their current tour in the Far East, Bieber decided to follow suit.
In a message to Maroon 5, the pop singer Tweeted, 'Sounds like a good idea... I'm in. Gonna donate a portion of my show to Japanese Red Cross too.'
