Justin Bieber has offered support to a disabled fan who only communicates when she hears songs by the Canadian pop sensation.
Megan Ham, 11, suffers from severe neurological condition Lissencephaly and doctors believed she would never be able to communicate, but smiles and kicks her feet when she hears Bieber's music.
Moved by the story, Justin Bieber has promised he will visit the youngster when he touches down in her hometown of Portland, Oregon in October for a live show on his world tour.
"MEGAN you stay strong for me and I'm gonna make sure we meet when i come to Portland. Love you and Thank You," he tweeted.
Her love for Bieber was discovered when teachers noticed a reaction to his song on a radio. Her wheelchair is now equipped with a switch which allows her to listen to Bieber whenever she wants.
Justin Bieber recently made headlines when he sold out two shows in New York's Madison Gardens in 30 seconds and also for giving himself concussion when he walked into a glass door.
