The three-bedroom home sits on 0.71 acre and includes an outdoor kitchen and a pool with hot tub and fountains.
The Tuscan-style mansion also boasts a media room, a climate-controlled wine room, and a study.
The home was built on a golf course and the sale price includes the $175,000 club membership fee, according to US website HousingWatch.com.
