Kings Of Leon have revealed that they would like to play this year’s Royal Wedding.
Drummer Nathan Followill said they would “jump” at the chance to play for Prince William and Kate Middleton, but admitted he was a bigger fan of Prince Harry.
“Wills and Kate look like nice people,” he said. "But Harry is the dude. His is the wedding we would most likely play.
"He knows his music. He keeps it real on his iPod.
"I'm sure Wills and Kate know what they are doing but Harry would definitely throw a Kings Of Leon-style party."
Meanwhile, the drummer also revealed that he had a table tennis match against Prince Harry recently, which he won.
And despite being the third in line to the throne, Followill said he didn’t go easy on the Royal, who he dubbed “the cool prince”.
"I think the other guys thought, 'Maybe you should let a real prince win',” he told The Sun. “But he is so tall and he's got military training so I figured he can look after himself.”
Kings Of Leon are due to play a series of UK tour dates this summer in support of recent album ‘Come Around Sundown’.
