Leonard Cohen will follow-up his 2001 album 'Ten New Songs' with 12 new songs on an album titled 'Dear Heather'.
The new album was produced by Leanne Unger. Cohen is one of Columbia Records longest serving artists. His first album 'Songs of Leonard Cohen' dates back to 1967.
New Cohen songtitles include "Go No More A-Roving," "Because Of," "The Letters," "Undertow," "Morning Glory," "On That Day," "Villanelle for Our Time," "There For You," "Dear Heather," "Nightingale," "To A Teacher," and "The Faith".
There is also the live track, "Tennessee Waltz," Cohen's interpretation of the country-western standard popularized by Roy Acuff, Chet Atkins, Patti Page and others.
Dear Heather is due at the end of September.
