Leonard Cohen has created British chart history today with his song 'Hallelujah' coming in at number one and two on the singles chart.
X Factor winner Alexandra Burke sings the number one version. Jeff Buckley sings the number two version.
This is the first time in 51 years of charts that the same song has held the top two places.
In fact, the original version by Cohen is also in the Top 40. It landed at 36 this week, despite it being more than 20 years old.
Jeff Buckley recorded his version for his album 'Grace'. It was originally released in 1994. Jeff died in 1997.
20-year old Alexandra was crowned the 2008 X Factor winner last week. She sang the song on the final show.
