Lindsay Lohan arrived 45 minutes late to a Broadway show last night (23.04.13).
The troubled star has been making the most of her freedom before checking into rehab on May 2 - which she was sentenced to after pleading no contest to charges for lying to police about driving during a car crash last June - and decided to attend the opening of 'The Orphans' with her film producer friend Mohammed Al Turki.
However, Lindsay ended up being so delayed that she missed nearly the whole of the play's first act and was caught by paparazzi rushing inside to watch the remaining scenes before the interval.
The 'Mean Girls' actress dressed down for the occasion - wearing a sheer cream-coloured top paired with a black spiked leather jacket - and was later snapped posing with star Alec Baldwin, who plays Harold in Lyle Kessler's dark comedy.
This isn't the first time Lindsay - who recently broke off her relationship with musician Avi Snow - has enjoyed the company of Mohammed.
She and the wealthy producer previously attended the annual amfAR Gala in New York in February, where they posed on the red carpet hand-in-hand, and before that the pair enjoyed the launch of Lady Gaga's Fame perfume at the Big Apple's Guggenheim Museum last September.
Despite being required to check into a treatment facility for 90 days in just over week, Lindsay still hasn't found a suitable clinic and her lawyer Mark Heller is currently in the process of going through options with her before making the final decision.
He said: 'Lindsay is expected to sit with me this week ... and then a final approval has to be rendered by the court.'
