Lindsay Lohan found wearing a fake pregnancy bump "scary".
The 22-year-old actress - who plays a woman pretending she is pregnant to keep her job in new movie 'Labor Pains' - says wearing the prosthetic belly helped her understand what it would be like to carry a child.
She told US TV show 'Entertainment Tonight': "It's alarming in a way - you think about all the things that come with being pregnant. It's kind of scary, especially for someone my age!"
Lindsay stars alongside Cheryl Hines and Chris Parnell in the film, which is due out next year. The actress - who is currently dating DJ Samantha Ronson - recently said she is keen to adopt a child. Although Lindsay stopped short of revealing when she plans on becoming a mother, she did explain she would like to help a child in need.
She said: "At some point, I want to adopt a kid as well. A child in need or a newborn from another country, I'm not sure."
