According to TMZ.com, the Mean Girls star has been handed back her keys by people at the Betty Ford clinic, two weeks after her licence was rested by the LA County Probation Department.?
The rehab centre were reportedly reluctant to let the 24-year-old drive again because she could be forced to drive dangerously if the paparazzi follow her.
The entertainment website reported that Betty Ford were proud of the way Lohan handled the delay with patience so handed her the keys back.
But Lindsay will allegedly only be able to drive when she gets a pass to leave the sober living centre.
