Lindsay Lohan is being sued.
The 'Mean Girls' actress is being issued with a lawsuit by three men who allege she commandeered a car they were sitting in last year and chased her personal assistant through the streets of Santa Monica, Los Angeles.
The plaintiffs - Ronnie Blake, Jakon Sutter and Dante Nigro - claim the 22-year-old actress was "angry and aggressive" adding they "felt surprise, shock, fear and panic at Lohan's surprising and sudden act".
They are seeking unspecified damages.
The men also allege Lindsay was intoxicated during the journey, which is described as wild and traumatic.
The papers state: "Dante and Jakon continued to implore Lohan to slow down, stating specifically that she was endangering all of their lives and that they could be killed.
Lohan refused to slow or stop, but instead responded with abusive cursing and vulgar language, including a statement that she did not care about the risk of death.
"She also stated that because she was a celebrity she could do whatever she wants."
The car chase led to Lindsay being arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol (DUI) and possession of cocaine. She eventually reached a plea deal, resulting in her spending 84 minutes in jail. Lindsay's lawyer Ed McPherson has branded the legal action "absurd".
He added: "These guys had the night of their lives, playing with the radio and leaving the vehicle at one point and getting back in."
Lindsay has also been sued by the passenger in the car she allegedly chased.
