Lindsay Lohan is granted restraining order against alleged stalker

The Mean Girls star claims Cocordan has been pursuing her in a creepy and aggressive manner for two years but the situation has worsened in the last month.

Her application states that she fears he might “sexually assault” her and that he has a “delusional belief” that they are in a relationship or engaged.

The 19-page document from the LA Superior Court contains some of the most menacing emails and text messages Lohan allegedly received from Cocordan.

Staff at The Los Angeles Threat Management Department are working on the case and are deciding whether David has mental issues or is schizophrenic.??

The 24-year-old actress says she’s received hundreds of texts and emails and that David has prowled around her home at least three times.

Lohan says she fears for her safety and the declaration was convincing enough for the Los Angeles judge to order Cocordan to stay away from her, and stop all contact, for a temporary period.
