The actress was ordered to complete 360 hours work at the Downton Women’s Centre in Los Angeles as part of her probation for a necklace theft case.
But according to TMZ, Lohan ‘violated the rules numerous times’ by allegedly cancelling nine of her agreed dates, and then only working for an hour on some of the days when she was supposed to do at least four.
Sources have apparently told the website that she was dismissed two weeks ago and has since been reassigned to a new community service program at the Red Cross.
The 25-year-old is due back in court next month for a progress hearing.
