The 24-year-old actress has been ordered by a court to spend three months at California's Betty Ford Clinic after failing two drug tests.
A recent probation report for the former Mean Girls star included a claim that she will be unable to pay the $53,000 fees for her treatment because it is too expensive.
'She [Lohan] indicates she cannot afford to continue to pay for the treatment programme and she needs to work,' the report reads.
Ben Stiller, Jerry Seinfeld and Patrick Stewart also feature in the video, which was directed by Ferrell’s pal Judd Apatow.
