UPDATE: Lindsay Lohan will not serve jailtime for her failed drug test in September. The Mean Girls actress will serve in inpatient rehab until January 3, 2011. According to reports, Lohan cried while read a hand-written letter to Judge Elden Fox, and later said "thank you" when the judge ordered her to rehab instead of jail. TMZ reports that the probation department requested jail for Lohan, but Fox believed rehab would be a better fit. Lindsay was due in court for violating her probation after she failed two drug tests just a few weeks after being released from court-ordered inpatient rehab...
