The 35-year-old star ' who has her own video game 'Get Fit With Mel B' - told new! magazine: ''ve got my own gym, but I like to switch it. I enjoy going to classes, or I go take a hike or something. But it depends on my mood. I go to spin classes or aerobics or boot-camp class. I like them all.
'As for my diet, my husband's a great cook, so I'm spoilt and he makes really great, healthy meals. He does a great chicken dish with sauté vegetables and amazing salads. It's all really healthy and home-cooked, but I'm going to eat what I want. I had a fast-food burger yesterday, which was great. As long as you eat in balance, I think it's OK to be naughty sometimes ' be it a burger or chocolate. I mean, don't do it every day, just wait for the weekend or something like that.'
