Mel B, AKA 'Scary Spice', celebrates the release of her new DVD 'Totally Fit' with a signing session at HMV's Westfield Shopping Centre store, in London's Shepherds Bush on Tuesday 6th January.
Mel will be at the store from 6.00 pm to meet fans and sign copies of the new DVD which is released through Warner Music Entertainment on 26th December.
'Totally Fit' – which is Mel B's first ever fitness DVD – is a carefully regimented full-body workout combining a 30-minute cardio and resistance training programmes with Mel B's tips on healthy eating. The DVD also contains a series of 10-minute workouts for those with limited time.
