Mel B has had to "apologise" for her screaming baby on plane trips.
The former Spice Girl raises three girls - Phoenix, 13, Angel, five, and seven-month-old Madison. She says motherhood is far from glamorous at times.
"I mean, I never want to be one of those parents with a screaming baby on the plane but I've been there," she told Australian radio's The Kyle and Jackie O Show.
"You just have to deal with it and apologise."
The star adds she has to clean up after her children, just like any other mother.
In fact, it has taken the romance out of dates with her movie producer husband Stephen Belafonte.
"I've had puke all over me just before going on date night with my husband," she said.
"I mean it's just one of those things. And the smell, you can't get rid of the smell."
Mel also confirmed reports she has moved to Sydney with her family as she co-hosts the Australian version of Dancing with the Stars.
The singer has gushed about her children on Twitter. She most recently posted a photo of her youngest daughter playing with her new child friendly laptop.
"Hahaha Madison can't get enough of Angels barbie's learning computer!!! (sic)," she wrote alongside the picture.
Mel has also told of her desire to have a baby boy. The 36-year-old insists she is not ready to have another child yet but would like a son.
''I do want a boy. But I'm enjoying my girls and my baby," she told British newspaper the Daily Mirror.
''It would be nice to have a son, but it wouldn't be straightaway. The gap between Madison and Angel works brilliantly."
