METALLICA fans will be able to soon wear the band on their feet.
The rockers have been honoured by footwear giants Converse with their own line of sneakers, which will feature artwork connected to the band.
Along with AC/DC, who will also get their own version of the classic hi-top shoe, the footwear will be available from the end of this year.
Converse have also designed a Pink Floyd shoe, which will include images from the group's classic albums Dark Side Of The Moon and Wish You Were Here and will hit the shops in March 2010.
A shoe honouring The Who, which featured the British Union Jack flag, was released last month and has already become a Converse best-seller.
