Adopted kids Isabella and Connor live with her ex-husband Tom Cruise and his wife Katie Holmes in America. Kidman lives with husband Keith Urban and their two young daughters Sunday Rose and Faith Margaret.
Speaking to Women's Weekly magazine, she said, 'It's their life, and it's not to be discussed publicly. I've never discussed any of that publicly except to say that I absolutely love them.
'At this stage, I don't care what people's perceptions might be about [them living with their father]. It's my life. It's my whole life, and I'll lead it how I choose.
'I'm lucky that I have a lot of love in my life. I have a man in my life who loves me. We have Bella and Connor who we absolutely adore. And we have a two-year-old. I don't believe in talking and I don't believe in complaining.'
