Nicole Scherzinger ‘bans Cowell from rehearsals’

Nicole Scherzinger has reportedly banned Simon Cowell from her X Factor contestants' rehearsals.

The stunning songstress is a judge on the hit US talent show alongside Simon, L.A. Reid and Paula Abdul. Tensions are allegedly running high for Nicole, as the star has become frustrated with Simon interfering with her three acts, Stacey, Josh and Leroy.

According to RadarOnline.com, Nicole has become so annoyed with Simon's meddling ways, that she doesn't want him to attend run-throughs before the live shows.

The website first reported that Simon had been attending hopeful Stacy's rehearsals, and had criticised Nicole's approach to mentoring her.

The music mogul also took the credit for choosing the contestant's song on last week's show.

"Last week, Simon made a big deal out of choosing Stacy's song, and he said he didn't think she's connected with them all. She wasn't happy with him at all - so now Nicole isn't taking any chances," the insider told RadarOnline.

"She's made it clear these are her artists, she is mentoring them and Simon should back off!"

Simon is mentoring the girls category on the show, while Paula has the groups and L.A. is looking after the boys.
