Overview
Scherzinger, 32, was a guest judge on the British talent show earlier this year and she has been rumoured to be in the line-up for the US version of the contest when it goes across the pond next year.
Speaking about the UK show, she said to British newspaper Metro: 'I don't pretend I know everything; I just spoke from my heart because I've been through the exact same audition process.
'It was a very strange experience, it was like getting rock star status just for giving my opinions about singers.'
Asked if the rumours are true and she will judge the US version, she said: 'I hear that in the papers but it's news to me. My music is what I'm working on. I'd consider it though.'
