Overview
Scherzinger, 32, who is dating Formula One star Lewis Hamilton, is planning to leave the band so she can concentrate on her own solo career and her acting work, according to UK newspaper News Of The World.
The US girl band was formed in 2003 but its four other original band members have now been replaced and Scherzinger said: 'We had our time.'
She added: 'Some of the girls left the group. That was out of my hands. I wouldn't want to be in a group with other girls - we were like a tight family.'
Later this month Scherzinger will finish filming for her role in the upcoming Men In Black 3 film with Will Smith.
