The hotel heiress was supposed to be the face of a new range of lacy undies, swimming costumes and nightwear in Europe in 2010, but the project failed.
Hilton claims the flop came about because the company, Le Bonitas, failed to promote it. The blonde socialite, 30, is now suing Le Bonitas for big bucks. According to documents filed in the Federal Court in Manhattan, Hilton claims the company is in breach of its five-year contract that was supposed to land her $1.5 million in guaranteed royalties.
The company is hitting back by saying Hilton caused the project to crash because she repeatedly ignored designs and samples sent to her for authorisation.
