Taking care of some errands, Paris Hilton was spotted out and about in West Hollywood yesterday afternoon (October 21). Joined by her boyfriend Cy Waits, the “Simple Life” actress grabbed a bite to eat as some pre-shopping fuel while the paparazzi looked on from afar. Miss Hilton hit up Trashy Lingerie in search of a Halloween costume and even took a few minutes to pose for pictures with some fans. And of course, Paris also made sure to seek out some fabulous holiday get-ups for her pooch pals...
