The “Simple Life” babe was greeted by her sister Nicky Hilton’s boyfriend David Katzenberg, who is co-creator and co-producer of the MTV sitcom. Over the weekend, Paris dazzled the 32nd Annual Carousel of Hope Ball in a $10,000 gown designed by Chagoury Couture. She tweeted, "I feel like Cinderella in my pink Chagoury Couture gown and beautiful Chopard diamonds. Loves it!
