On Wednesday the 30-year-old heiress got massively miffed when US anchor Dan Harris asked a series of questions that insinuated she was a bit of an old ‘has been’. First he asked, “Do you worry at times that people who have followed in your footsteps like Kim Kardashian are overshadowing you?” to which she sniffed, “Not at all”.
He then irritated the star further by bringing up the poor ratings of her new reality TV show The World According To Paris.
But the final straw was the question, “Do you worry about your moment having passed?” This prompted Paris to glance at her publicist, then jump up and rapidly exit the room.
Off camera she could be heard saying, “I don't want all this being used,” but Paris didn’t get her way and the video was played and re-played by the network and became an instant You Tube hit.
After the stroppy “walk-out” Harris thanked Paris for “having them” at her home for the interview and she leaned in for a hug
“Thank you” she replied dryly.
The incident caused much hilarity on US morning show Good Morning America today with the hosts staging their own “walk out” and replaying a montage of “greatest walk-out moments.”
