The hotel heiress came across the stray pooch on one of the Indonesian island's beaches and insisted that chefs at a luxury restaurant cook him dinner.
Taking to Twitter, she told her fans, 'Saw a starving stray on the beach of the restaurant.
'Made me so sad. So we ordered him a filet mignon, he loved it!'
The 30-year-old then spent the night fretting about how to tackle the problem of 'unwanted dogs' in Bali.
She tweeted, 'I'm researching the internet to see what I can do to help,' before adding a like to an International Fund for Animal Welfare story about animal relief work in Bali.
