Overview
The Take That singer finds it difficult to get around Los Angeles, where he lives with his wife Ayda Field, because he has never passed his driving test.
In an interview posted on his website, Williams said: 'I don't have a driving licence. In London you just don't drive because the traffic is terrible, so you just get cabs. I'm 37 and still without a driver's licence.'
Despite not been able to drive, Robbie, who has collaborated with country music star Bob Paisley to record Collision of Worlds for the new Cars 2 film, is still interested in vehicles.
He added: 'We have Formula 1 in England, and it's always been a very important part of growing up and seeing these heroes and respecting and admiring them and the glamour that surrounds them. It's exciting.'
