Ayda, 31, who married the Take That star earlier this year, said they are planning a family in the near future.
She said to UK newspaper Daily Mirror: 'I can't wait to have kids. I hope they are not minging. But some people at my school had the ugliest parents, and they came out pretty.
'I hope ours gets all the best bits, but it's pot luck who gets the minging ones. Hmmm, I'll love them any way, I guess... But even supermodels can have ugly parents, and they turn out great. So I'm excited.'
Ayda also revealed she will be spending Christmas in LA this year.
She said: 'I'm really looking forward to Christmas in LA. But we'll have a British roast, just with the sunshine. Then we're coming back here for four months.'
