Speaking on a US radio show, the I Don’t Know How She Does It star hinted there was a remote possibility that a third and final instalment of the movie could get made at some point in the future.
Asked about the possibility of a third flick of the hit TV show making it to the big screen, she said: “I never gamble, but there may come a point in time, not in the near future, but in a little while, where we might find a time to tell a third and maybe last story.”
She also said that she thought the Sex And The City prequel, which follows the life of Carrie Bradshaw as a teenager, was “lovely”.
“I’m always very touched to see how Carrie affected people and she’s someone who is interesting and continues to be compelling,” she told the show’s host Ryan Seacrest.
“So I think it’s very exciting and it’s lovely.”
