Actress Sarah Jessica Parker's character Carrie in HBO's 'Sex and The City' was a little obsessed about shoes.
Now life imitates art as the leggy actress has her own line of footwear.
"In a silly way, I think it's what people have expected of me most because of Carrie Bradshaw," she tells Vogue.
She's partnering with George Malkemus, the longtime CEO at Manolo Blahnik.
SJP, which will also include purses and coats, is reportedly a Nordstrom exclusive, and will hit stores early next year.
"It's sort of soup to nuts," Parker tells Vogue. "You put on a shoe and you put on a coat and you wear a bag and, on the outside, when you're walking down the street, they really can tell the same story about yourself."
Make sure to bring your wallet, as her line is not a bargain. Prices go from $200 and quickly zoom upward.
Hopefully, her shoes won't deform anyone's feet like Blahnik's and other brands did hers.
