Country pop princess Taylor Swift has revealed details of her next album, titled Red, in a fan Q&A.
Swift did a live YouTube Q&A with fans last night and – surprise, surprise – she had something to announce: her next album Red.
She revealed, "For the last two years, I've been working on an album called Red. I called it Red because of the tumultuous, crazy adventures in love and loss that it chronicles. In my mind, when you experience love that's fast paced and out of control and mixes infatuation, jealousy, frustration, miscommunication, and all of those lovely emotions…in retrospect, it all looks red."
While her last smash hit Speak Now was written all by herself, this time Swift has worked with other songwriters to craft the sixteen tracks on the album.
The first single, 'We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together' was written with Max Martin and Shellback, and hits iTunes and Google Play today.
Red will be released on October 22. Check out the whole YouTube chat below.
