Taylor Swift's song for The Hunger Games had its promo premiere in the US yesterday.
The country singer has collaborated with Civil Wars for the track Safe & Sound. The haunting tune will appear on the soundtrack for the hotly-anticipated movie The Hunger Games, starring Jennifer Lawrence.
In the moody music video to accompany Safe & Sound, Taylor wears a simple white gown as she wanders around a wasteland. She is seen sombrely walking through a bleak forest as she sings.
The song has a melancholy feel, as Civil Wars are heard harmonising in the background.
The soundtrack for The Hunger Games - The Hunger Games: Sounds from District 12 and Beyond - is expected to be one of the biggest selling of the year.
It also features songs from Miranda Lambert, Arcade Fire and Kid Cudi.
Taylor and Civil Wars have also recorded separate tracks for the movie - Eyes Wide Open and Kingdom Come respectively.
Taylor has had a great start to the year. She continued to impress music critics and picked up two Grammy Awards on Sunday. The star won Best Country Solo Performance and Best Country Song for her hit Mean.
Civil Wars also appeared at the Grammys over the weekend, as the brief opening act to Taylor's performance.
