Taylor's newest album, Speak Now, is headed to break records after selling over a million copies since it was released.
No album has sold more than a million units in the first week since Lil' Wayne's Tha Carter III back in 2008.
And now the 20-year-old could be set to break the mark for percentage of total sales in a single week, with 17-18 per cent, according to Hits Daily Double.
That means almost one out of every five CDs or downloads this week have been Speak Now.
Swift, who admits she writes about her relationships in her songs, has recently been romantically linked to Jake Gyllenhaal and reportedly spent the Halloween weekend with him in California.
