Taylor Swift warns fans wordy signs are distracting during performances.
The 23-year-old country music star is currently on tour promoting her fourth and latest album Red.
Despite her years of experience and months of back-to-back shows, Taylor still stumbles in some amusing ways.
"It's amazing and adorable, but if there's a really long sign and I'm trying to read it while I'm on stage I'll start singing the lines of the sign," she confessed to UK newspaper The Sun.
The singer admits she finds some of the messages baffling.
One of the most bizarre signs a fan penned involved the face of a feline.
"They're all kind of a little strange. Sometimes there are giant signs of my cat's face. I look out and there's a giant cat," she mused.
Taylor is known for paying tribute to her fans during award shows and concerts. They have helped her top music charts worldwide.
Her latest singles We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together and I Knew You Were Trouble are still blasting on airwaves.
Rather than revelling in her success Taylor is already looking ahead to her next album.
"I'm thinking about it, but I'm not obsessing yet," she told Extra earlier this month.
Taylor said she's also thrilled with how The Red Tour is going since she hit the road in March.
"The show I'm really proud of," she said.
The tour will continue throughout the US and Canada until the end of September.
Taylor will then head to New Zealand and Australia in November. Her last concert date is booked for December 14 in Melbourne.
