Taylor Swift took a jab at Kanye West in a playful message to pal Ed Sheeran.
The 23-year-old country music darling is currently touring with 22-year-old English singer-songwriter Ed.
Taylor seems to have had some downtime recently, and used it to whip up some homemade jam for her pal.
"Taylor made me some jam. Amazing," Ed captioned a picture of the jar on Instagram.
He also revealed Taylor had included a sarcastic note referencing her 2009 MTV Video Music Award acceptance speech.
The occasion saw her infamously interrupted by the rapper.
"Yo Ed - I'm really happy 4 you and I'm gonna let u finish but this is the best JAM OF ALL TIME. — T" she scribbled.
The note echoed the remarks Kanye gave when he stormed the stage and snatched the microphone from Taylor four years ago, insisting Beyoncé Knowles should have accepted the Best Female Video award for her smash hit Single Ladies.
Kanye apologised for his behaviour following a public outcry in the entertainment industry and even wrote Taylor a song.
Taylor meanwhile appears to be looking forward to this year's ceremony, scheduled for August 25 in Brooklyn, New York.
The Video of the Year and Best Female Video nominee urged fans on Twitter to cast their votes last month and also took a moment to take another jab at Kanye.
"Two VMA nominations!! If you vote and get us one, I promise to keep a firmer grip on the mic this time ;)" she tweeted July 17.
