Taylor Swift would agree to sing the chorus on a rap track "in a heartbeat".
The pretty blonde is known for her catchy pop tunes, including smash hit We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together.
However, the 23-year-old is also known to have a penchant for listening to hip-hop and claims she would love to get involved with a different genre of music.
"Nobody wants to hear me rap but I'd sing a chorus for someone for sure. I would sign up for that in a heartbeat," she assured British magazine InStyle.
"I love hip-hop so much. There's something so honest about it."
Taylor's clean-cut image and innocent country music-inspired tracks have won her an army of fans of all ages.
The star says she has freedom to sing about anything she likes, but doesn't think she will be changing her style anytime soon.
"I don't have like a big scary management situation where I have to ask them," she explained.
"If I wrote a song called 'F...' I think people would kind of raise their hand and go, like, 'Maybe swear less in your music.' But I just don't feel like swearing in my music."
For Taylor, writing is a way to put her feelings into words and reflect on past situations in her life.
The singer described her music as "therapy" and says it's natural to dwell on things as an artist.
"Definitely. I mean, I think, as a writer you play back what happened in your past over and over and over again and that's what you get inspiration from," she admitted.
