The Vaccines have announced details of the release of a new single. Bad Mood will be released through Columbia Records on Monday 4th March 2013.
Released on download and 7", the single continues the theme of each band member writing a B-Side – this time guitarist Freddie Cowan provides a song produced by his brother, Tom Cowan of The Horrors.
The single is taken from their 2nd album, The Vaccines Come Of Age, which made U.K. number 1 when released in early September. It followed their platinum selling, Brit nominated and NME award winning debut, What Did You Expect From The Vaccines? which was released in March 2011.
Following their recent sold out UK headline tour, which culminated in a rapturous show at London's Alexandra Palace, the band have announced details of an arena tour in May 2013.
The full list of shows are as follows:
MAY
1st Margate Winter Gardens
2nd London O2 Arena
4th Carlisle Sands Centre
5th Leeds Millennium Square

Tickets are on sale now here.
The Walkmen are very special guests in London, while TOY support on the whole tour and Temples will be appearing at all shows, apart from London.
