The Vaccines return to North America in early 2013 for their first headlining tour. Kicking off on January 29th in Boston, MA, the band are set to play some of the most iconic venues across North America including the 9:30 Club in D.C., Lincoln Hall in Chicago and The Fillmore in San Francisco. The tour follows performances at this year's Coachella and Lollapalooza festivals and an extensive U.S. tour with the Arctic Monkeys.
This week saw the U.S. release of their critically acclaimed, U.K. chart topping second LP The Vaccines Come Of Age. Written mostly on the road following the success of the their debut What Did You Expect From The Vaccines?, the band recently spoke to Rolling Stone about their new album which is streaming now at Rollingstone.com.
On a recent trip to the U.S. the band played two sold-out shows in New York City as well as a performance of their single "Teenage Icon" on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon. The band are currently on tour in Europe.
