Britney Spears is the latest celebrity to have her life turned into a bio-comic.
Bluewater Productions -- the company behind the Justin Bieber, Lady Gaga, Taylor Swift and "Glee" comic books -- has announced that it will release "Fame: Britney Spears" in March 2011. The 32-page comic will document Spears' meteoric rise to fame in the late 90s, her controversial personal life, and her comeback to the pop world.
Britney Spears' New Album Coming in March
Bluewater says it wants the comic to delve beyond tabloid scandals and focus on the real Spears, who will turn 30 next year. "She is far more complicated than most people realize," said issue author Patrick McCray. "No matter what preconceptions you have about her, there will always be more layers and surprises."
"Fame: Britney Spears" will hit stores just in time for Spears' seventh studio album, which the singer recently confirmed is due in March. "I'm almost done with my new album and it will be coming out this March," she announced on Twitter. "I AM IN L-O-V-E WITH IT!"
