The 29-year-old star recently announced that she has separated from her husband Jordan Bratman after five years of marriage.
According to reports, the exact date of her appearance on the UK talent show has not yet been confirmed, but it is expected to coincide with the release of her new movie Burlesque.
Aguilera, who has a two-year-old son Max with Bratman, was recently seen hugging a friend outside her LA home as reports broke about the split.
A source told UK newspaper the Daily Record: 'He [Max] is their main concern. Christina is doing her best to be a great mum. She has a lot to juggle, but she's learning how to make it work and balance it all.'
