The Grammy winner has just released a new cookbook devoted to her father - My Father's Daughter.
She said: 'We would cuddle up on the couch and watch cooking programmes. It was another way to bond.'
The super-slim actress wore a slinky light pink jacket and camisole to cook. She said: 'When I had my daughter I was obsessed with health and everything organic but my dad taught me there is nothing better than a Mallowmar (marshmallow covered in chocolate) and a root beer float. So I guess somewhere between the two is perfect.'
Obviously still concerned about health issues Gwyneth, 38, who is the wife of Coldplay frontman Chris Martin, 34 didn't choose to eat any of the food she had made
