Overview
Health enthusiast Paltrow said she was told to “soften up” for the role by the film’s director, Shana Feste, but it wasn’t until the end of the shoot when the effects of no exercise and yoga became apparent.
The star told the Australian edition of Madison magazine: “It basically took me until the end of the [film shoot] for everything to fall apart.
“I still looked like myself for most of the movie and then, at the end, when I was finished, I was like, ‘What the f**k?’ It was too late.”
She also told how her daughter with partner Chris Martin, Apple, speaks with English and American accents because they divide their time between the two countries.
