Gwyneth Paltrow admits her marriage has "issues" but says husband Chris Martin will "kill" her for talking about them.
The 'Iron Man' actress, who made a pact with the Coldplay singer to never discuss their private life, opened up about her relationship at a 'Bent on Learning' gala in New York.
Gwyneth, 36, is quoted by Life and Style Weekly magazine as saying: "Nothing is as good as it looks. Life is complicated, and there are always issues to overcome. Yesterday, he went to Australia, and I came here - you have to accept that.
"He is going to kill me for talking about this!"
Gwyneth - who married Chris in 2003 and has two children Apple, four, and
Moses, two, with him - believes their relationship is strong because they are "very good friends", but would never say they will be together forever.
She added: "We're brutally honest with each other. Even if, God forbid, we weren't together in 10 years or whatever, I think we're like a family."
