Gwyneth Paltrow offers working mums advice

Gwyneth, who has two kids Apple and Moses with husband Chris Martin, tried to give an idea what it is like for 'extremely busy working mothers' by consulting her pals Juliet de Baubigny and Stella McCartney.

The 38-year-old takes readers through her day on the 4th November last year.

After dropping the kids off at school, Gwyneth rushed to do her workout.

She wrote: 'Got Apple all fed and dressed in her uniform and ready to go but no sign nor sight of Moses at 8am and we have to be out of the house by 8:20. I went up to arouse the little man from slumber and he quite happily got up and crawled into my arms.'

Paltrow's workday comprised of a CMAs rehearsal, checking her email, a fitting for a Nashville trip and a 'kind of big interview on the phone'.

Later on the children were dropped off at home and they have a group bath and dinner.

The day hasn't ended just yet as it was then 'girls night' which involves great conversation.
