Overview
The 38-year-old was showed round the Marie Curie Hospice, Hampstead, north London, by a friend whose husband received care from the home.
Sarah Wyn-Jones, who lost her husband Gareth to cancer last year, is now organising the Hampstead Hug family walk to raise money for the hospice.
According to British newspaper the London Evening Standard, the wife of Coldplay frontman Chris Martin said: 'The staff at the Marie Curie Hospice are amazing and their free care and support to terminally ill people and their families at the worst possible time is truly remarkable.
'I hope that as many people as possible sign up to the Hampstead Hug walk so that the hospice can keep helping more families like my friend Sarah's.'
The walk is set to take place on July 3 on either three or six mile routes around Hampstead Heath.
