Overview
It had been claimed that the 38-year-old actress was due to perform with husband Chris Martin's band at the Las Vegas concert, alongside Beyonce and her husband Jay-Z.
But a rep for the mother-of-two said that although Paltrow will be in the city for New Year, she will not be following up her CMA's solo performance.
According to Contact Music, the rep said, 'There's absolutely no truth (to the rumour).'
Earlier this year the American learned to play the guitar to perform the title track of her film Country Strong at the awards.
